Steps towards Vision, Mission & Values

We'll interview and survey key stakeholders to understand their views on the organization's future, mission, and goals, then present their insights and craft clear vision and mission statements for the promoters. By reviewing current goals and incorporating the founder's values, along with past successes and best practices, we'll shape a unified vision, mission, and values for the organization.

Customised Workshop Design

After conversations with the MD and CFO, we've crafted a customized agenda for the visioning workshop. The goal is to collaboratively formulate the organization's vision and mission statements. The agenda includes interactive sessions, group exercises, and facilitated discussions to engage participants and unveil the collective vision and mission for the organization.

We'll lead the visioning workshop to draw up the new organization@2030 vision. Finalize and share the mission and the values for the organization.

Stakeholder Engagement

Engage in one-on-one conversations and group discussions with employees to capture their perspectives on the values they consider crucial for the organization's identity. Assess the alignment of leadership behaviors with these values and their impact on the broader team. Conduct theme analysis to identify patterns and insights regarding desired values, organizational characteristics, and cultural elements influencing ways of working.

Values Creation

After thorough discussions with employees, we've categorized our organizational values into two levels: L1 represents the core values, and L2 serves as their descriptors. By analyzing behavioral patterns, both positive and negative, we've identified key clues reflecting our underlying values. We've delved into our organizational history, examining pivotal moments, decisions, and cultural shifts to understand how historical events have shaped our prevailing values and norms over time.

Mission and Vision Alignment

Assess how well the organization's mission and vision align with its daily values in action. Confirm that the stated values are not just lofty ideals but are actively integrated into the organization's strategic goals and everyday activities, ensuring a genuine reflection of the company's principles in practice.
